WHAT IS ON OFFER: Alfred H Knight has an opportunity for a Laboratory Customer Service Advisor to join our Laboratory team based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Laboratory Customer Service Advisor is responsible for coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure that instructions are documented accurately, customer expectations are maintained, all samples are referenced, and data is entered in a manner that reflects the highest standard of quality.
