Clerk, Warehouse Brighton, CO General Purpose: This position will primarily be responsible for reviewing order data using SAP and ensuring completeness and accuracy of information. The information is then to be transferred into a customer program portal per contract requirements. Responsibilities: Perform SAP business processes Ensure adequate quantity and timing of material and product inventory within the supply chain to meet organizational goals. Confers and assists department to coordinate all tooling repair and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays Maintain accurate records of repairs, 3rd party vendors, part orders, and customer interactions Assist with preparing reports and maintaining documentation as required by repair shop leadership Processes customer and order source data by reviewing data for deficiencies Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution Document work procedures: Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data Other duties assigned: Essential Functions: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other softwar...
