We have refurbished over 20,000 e-bikes in just two years and are growing fast! We are looking for a Team Lead – Ops Specialist to oversee and guide our Operations Specialist team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair. As Teamlead you are the go-to expert for questions regarding the Inbound Moments, during Shipping or process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining top-tier quality standards.
