Through distributive leadership structures in schools, Senior Team Leads—in collaboration with the rest of the Instructional Leadership Team— increase opportunities for feedback and growth from content experts to drive increased student achievement, while building their own capacity as leaders. As members of the Instructional Leadership Team, Senior Team Leads play critical roles in helping schools reach their student goals.
