Department: Parks & Recreation Reports To: Wellness Manager: FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt: Effective Date: 08/25/2023: GENERAL PURPOSE: The instructor is responsible for building positive, friendly relationships with all the High Blue members and guests. Responsibilities may also include supervising young children. Cleanliness and Safety are of the utmost importance to High Blue and the membership, your responsibility in this area is highlighted below. Incumbent must demonstrate a strong personal commitment to the mission and goals of the Belton Parks & Recreation Department. Carry out their assigned responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
