Requirements: Key Responsibilities: - Accurately process, review, and reconcile accounts payable transactions while paying close attention to detail. - Facilitate timely and precise payroll processing for US employees through Deel and for international EOR and contractors. - Manage vendor invoices and employee expenses utilizing Brex, ensuring thorough recordkeeping for compliance and reporting purposes. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to address invoice discrepancies and respond swiftly to inquiries from vendors and employees. - Leverage QuickBooks to document, monitor, and report all accounts payable transactions, aiding in monthly and year-e...
