Custody Transaction Management Department is currently looking to fill a Securities & Derivatives Senior Analyst is an advanced level position in one of its Direct Custody and Clearing teams that will be tasked with managing and implementing the incoming migrations of new processes. Embarking on this journey, you will run point on accommodating new activities that will be transferred into your team, quickly learning them up to the subject matter expert level, structuring a new and functioning process around them, and ensure their accurate and timely delivery, independently from the sending site. Citi Custody is responsible for the safekeeping and servicing of equity assets of our clients. Being a custodian bank, we facilitate the settlement process of our client’s securities transactions, manage and process corporate actions as announced by the issuers of these securities, and assist our clients with capital gains tax payment and reclamation.
