Overview The Line Pair Lead is a critical manufacturing leadership role with full end to end ownership of two production lines (Bottle, Can, or BIB). This leader is accountable for 24hour performance across all shifts, setting direction, driving consistent execution, and ensuring the lines deliver on safety, quality, productivity, technical efficiency, cost, and service. The Line Pair Lead influences across functions, develops strong and capable teams, and ensures disciplined operating routines that enable sustainable, best in class line performance.
