Job description

Supplier Delivery Operations & Methods is responsible for leading a team of NBU employees through structured processes designed to ensure uninterrupted production at Stellantis assembly plants. The organization proactively manages external supplier performance by identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply risks using established escalation, recovery, and containment methodologies. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, supported by routine and ad‑hoc engagement with senior leadership to communicate risk status, corrective actions, and production impacts. Effective execution requires close, methodical coordination across manufacturing plants, engineering, purchasing, supplier operations, and quality functions. The team applies cross‑functional problem‑solving frameworks to diagnose root causes, align corrective actions, and validate recovery plans when part availability, timing, or volume deviates from production requirements.
