Mary's Woods is looking for an experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician who is committed to providing high-quality work and service. The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance of the buildings and grounds of Mary's Woods. As the HVAC Technician at Mary's Woods, you will be contributing to creating a beautiful community for residents and their guests to enjoy. You must be able to relate positively and favorably to staff, residents, and families, and enjoy working on a team. Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community founded in 2001.
