Job Title: Fitness Specialist Pay Rate: $23-33 per hour inclusive of hourly pay rate + commissions* *$23.00-$33.00 per hour based on $12.00 per hour base wage + commission paid per shift; historically, this position averages service charge and commission earnings of $11-21 per hour.
