Role Overview: The Director of Business Optimization serves as a critical bridge between IdeaTek’s infrastructure backbone and its commercial growth engines. This role is responsible for ensuring our operational ecosystem. You will oversee contract governance to ensure service delivery matches contractual commitments and provide the operational oversight necessary to empower the Business Development and Enterprise Sales teams.
