Disability Support Worker We’re looking for reliable and professional Disability Support Workers who are full of positive energy to join our team in Moe for a weekday community access program. Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm About the role: You are a person-centred support worker who loves getting active – whether it’s swimming, bike riding, gaming or trying new activities. The role includes: Supporting behaviours of concern Assisting with personal care and daily routines Providing transport and community engagement support What we’re looking for: Current Driver’s Licence (required for community transport) NDIS Worker Screening Check: Working with Children Check (required): Experience working with behaviours of concern and intellectual disability Someone who brings enthusiasm, fun and a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals
