Reports To: General Counsel: Position Summary: The Ursa Major legal team works with the entire company to achieve business objectives at a fast pace. The Corporate Counsel role will report to the General Counsel, running point on a variety of day-to-day legal tasks. In this role, the Corporate Counsel will also help scale the business by creating and implementing processes to support the company’s rapid growth and evolving complexities. We are looking for a nimble person who is willing to roll up their sleeves and step out of their comfort zone. While this person should have deep familiarity with contract negotiations, a successful candidate is willing to think outside the box and address unfamiliar areas confidently as new issues arise.
