Senior Dispatcher - Last Mile Department: Operations - Last Mile: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Dayton, NJ: Compensation: $71,000 - $80,000 / year Description: The Senior Dispatcher is responsible for the management and efficient timely service to all clients. This includes the supervision of all installations and delivery services of FIDELITONE clients. The position also includes customer service, driver management, and performance reporting. They will work and communicate closely with drivers, installers and warehouse personnel to ensure clients receive timely deliveries and excellent customer service. They are also responsible for communicating effectively with offsite routing and scheduling personnel to ensure accurate and complete documentation of delivery freight. This position will also be responsible for the supervision of the dispatchers.
