Hello! 👋🏽 At Factorial, we're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to help us tackle our domain's challenges and ensure our product development reaches the next level. We want someone who enjoys making a real impact by working closely with the business. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of your team while also being accountable for the health and growth of your product. 🚀 The Engineering team at large 🙌🏼 At Factorial, we have a team of over 200 Software Engineers. We look for curious, proactive people with good soft and communication skills. The last one is the key in a distributed company. We don’t focus on a long list of skills and technologies. While our stack is Ruby on Rails for the backend and React/React Native for the clients, proficiency in these is not mandatory. We believe that good aptitudes and a hunger for learning work best!
