Job Description Summary: Responsibilities And Duties: 40% Obtains assigned cleaning or maintenance request either from automated system, daily assignment sheet or verbal direction. Performs other functions required of the position, as assigned, which could include moving of beds or furniture required to service customers or execute the cleaning process. Must follow departmental/organizational processes to complete assigned duties. Must complete all paperwork needed to monitor departmental statistics. 20% Must follow direction and proper usage of all equipment used in job performance; to include cleanliness. Specific equipment will pertain to each job assignment.
