Summary The General Manager will be expected to lead our team, deliver amazing customer experiences, and keep our café running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience, a love for coffee and people, and strong organizational skills. You’ll manage daily operations and overall strategic direction of the cafe, inspire your team, oversee inventory and scheduling, and help drive sales.
