Operating Model Architect - Transformation

Job description

With deep experience across underwriting, claims, and operational processes, the Operating Model Architect identifies where ideas will succeed, where they will break, and how processes must be redesigned to be scalable, compliant, and executable in the real world. The role partners closely with our AI Integrator and Design Leads to ensure that SCOR’s operating model is simultaneously human‑centered, technically scalable, and grounded in the execution realities of insurance. Translate complex operational realities into clear insights that help colleagues across business, technology, and transformation teams understand execution constraints and opportunities.
