TITLE: INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: STATUS: EXEMPT: REPORT TO: VICE PRESIDENT, LEADERSHIP AND ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT: DEPARTMENT: LEADERSHIP AND ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT: JOB CODE: 11871: PAY RANGE: $113,500.00 - $120,000.00 ANNUALLY: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Instructional Designer for Leadership Development plays a crucial role in creating programs and curriculum to onboard and upskill leaders throughout the organization with the overarching goal of enhancing both individual and team impact and creating sustainable high-performing teams. These educational and consultative offerings are designed to ensure our leaders are well-prepared to lead teams and projects to achieve the organization’s strategic goals. Programs are focused on all levels of leadership and intended to support leaders throughout their leadership journey. TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS: 1. Create engaging and effective learning experiences by analyzing needs, designing curriculum, developing materials, and evaluating outcomes. 2.
