TITLE: Extrusion Technician B (Press Operator) POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Extrusion Technician role is to manufacture extruded products and ensure production standards are met relating to safety, quality, outputs and cost are met. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Legal eligibility to work in the United States of America. - Ability to speak, read and write English. - 1 to 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel. - Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary, such as overtime, weekends and travel. - Capable of lifting, pulling and pushing up to 50 pounds of various sizes and shapes. - Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time and climbing ladders or other equipment for cleaning. - Capable of effectively managing job related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capabl...
