Cultivate Your Potential With a Great Career at Gothic Landscape! Are you our next great Permit Project Coordinator? Our Permit Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Field Operations Teams by performing clerical and reporting tasks. Highlights of what our Permit Coordinator will do: Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Permit Coordinator will include, but not limited to: - Ongoing communication regarding warehouse inventory, deliveries, retrievals, and tracking. - Create Blue Stake tickets including ongoing tracking and renewals. - Take off, prepare and follow up bids and proposals for additional work. - Continual assessment of permitting requirements or codes. - Application and coordination of permit issuance through various municipalities. - Conduct weekly and monthly operations reports. - Bilingual Spanish preferred but not a requirement - 3-5 years Construction and/or Landscape experience highly preferred - Payroll experience is a huge plus - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Sage 300/Timberline experience preferred but not a requirement - Must be detailed-oriented and highly organized - Identifies and resolves problems...
