If a reasonable accommodation is needed, please see below on how to submit a request.​ Job Description: Under direct supervision, the Lockbox Specialist accelerates the receipt and processing of client remittance data, preparation and processing of checks for clearing in line with standard bank operating procedures and prepares information for clients and service partners according to specified procedures and instructions. THE LOCKBOX SPECIALIST WILL: Open mail and extract paper invoices/checks (Applicants will be tested to determine extraction skills). Properly sort non-payment documents for processing. Accurately batch work and communicate issues to Workflow Coordinator or Supervisor.
