Birmingham City Council is looking for Fleet Services Coordinators to join our newly created Vehicle Maintenance Service (VMS) to support the day-to-day operations of our fleet. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are compliant, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. Working closely with the VMS Administration Manager and other team members, you’ll help keep our fleet safe, legal, and operational - supporting services that make a real difference across the city. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records for vehicle tax, MOTs, insurance, and licences. - Monitor servicing schedules and coordinate maintenance and tyre replacements. - Assist with vehicle hire arrangements and insurance claims. - Input and manage fleet data, including fuel usage and mileage. - Prepare reports to support operational decision-making. - Liaise...
