Do you have a customer centric approach to audits, customer agreements and are you able to identify business risk and potential consequences? Background: As DSV is expanding and we see an increase in complexity in product mix and requirements we need to strengthen the focus on security, implementation of processes and procedures as well as effectiveness and efficiency of these. We need to optimize our business, lean our processes and capture best practices so we stay ahead of our competitors and increase the loyalty of existing and future customers. As we are present in more than 80 countries and hundreds of sites we need to ensure we have an up-to-date oversight of the level of compliance, risks associated to customers’ needs and expectations as well to identify best practices across the organization.
