Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 14 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting. - 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, compliance). - Compliance certification. - Experience identifying potential risks and developing solutions to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate potential issues. - Experience developing structured processes, and drafting compliance-related documentation, controls, and policies. - Knowledge of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
