YOUR ROLE: As a Health and Safety Specialist on our team, you’ll: - Ensure compliance with local and corporate Health & Safety regulations and standards - Conduct and review risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations - Select, evaluate, order, and manage the issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with risk assessments and legal requirements - Issue referrals for occupational medical examinations and monitor validity of employees’ medical clearances - Develop, implement, and continuously improve H&S procedures, instructions, and preventive actions - Support and lead Health & Safety trainings, awareness campaigns, and internal audits - Supervise and maintain Health & Safety documentation in accordance with ISO 45001 requirements - Report and analyze global Health & Safety indicators in line with corporate reporting standards - Cooperate with internal stakeholders and external authorities on Health & Safety-related matters YOUR BACKGROUND: Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are: or office environment including ISO45001 requirements organizational levels - University degree or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health &...
