We are seeking a Sr. Computational Scientist for our Broomfield, CO location. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain numerical tools to enable key features of trapped-ion quantum computers. - Develop methods and algorithms for the design of surface-electrode ion traps using electrostatic modeling tools and nonlinear optimization techniques. - Collaborate with commercial and experimental teams on research and technology development. - You will develop project plans to deliver numerical tools as part of a broader commercial strategy.
