Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, assembly, disassembly and preparing durable medical equipment for patient use. Receives requisitions, documents the delivery of the requisition, and ensures the equipment goes to the appropriate party. Ensures all materials and equipment are received, completing all appropriate processing and inventory, stocking, documentation of equipment use, and delivery duties are completed in a timely manner. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None. Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must possess oral and written communication skills. Basic math skills for converting quantities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Performs regular inventories of supplies and equipment stocked in the department, and ensures stock will meet patient needs.
