Investment Representative (Bilingual Preferred)

Redwood Credit Union is seeking an Investment Representative who will be focused on virtual channels such as the Member Service Center [MSC], online communications, “house” accounts and other non-in-person channels, serve team members, Member-clients, and Member-prospects by assessing their financial goals, needs, and objectives and providing them with exceptional personalized service and investment products. Key Responsibilities: o Identify and evaluate Member and team member needs for financial services, assess the objectives and goals of the individual, and develop an investment strategy to implement. o Proactively market and support all aspects assigned. o Identify and develop relationships with Wholesalers. o Identify and develop relationships with assigned departments and/or teams. o Keep current on investment products and services offered. o Identify and refer Members requiring in-person or more complex services to the appropriate Advisors. o Follow through on the service and sales goals set forth by the Investment Program. o Provide regular feedback to the branch team members, identified credit union executives and sales managers regarding sales practices and business devel...
