Position Status: Full time Shift: Other (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 Job Information Exemption Status: Exempt A Brief Overview: The Director of Decision Support leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the health system's enterprise-wide decision support function. The role promotes a culture of data-driven decision making, ensuring the availability of accurate, timely, actionable insights to support operations, finance, strategic planning, and clinical decision processes. The Director collaborates closely with Finance, Strategy, Revenue Cycle, and Operations to develop a single source of truth, standardize analytical methodologies, and integrate financial, operational, and clinical data throughout the organization. Education Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree Finance, Buisiness Management, or closely related field Required - Master's Degree Strongly preferred Preferred Experience Qualifications: - 5 years In decision support, finance or analytics, preferably in healthcare Required - 3 years In leadership or management experience with data management, statistical analysis, and leading or supervising analytical or decision support teams.
