Division Manager – Amarillo Division The Role: Quantum Services is seeking a systems-oriented leader to oversee our Amarillo Division. This is not a "desk job." Our Division Managers lead from the front, starting their days early on-site at client locations to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence. You will manage a local team, coordinate complex scheduling, and serve as the primary point of contact for our retail partners. We are looking for a professional who finds satisfaction in precision, values professional humility, and understands that the success of the team is a reflection of the integrity of the system. What You Will Do (The System) Lead Operations: Work alongside your team to effectively and accurately audit convenience store inventory (stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and sales floors). Drive Process Improvement: Apply a "Plan-Do-Study-Act" mindset to daily workflows, identifying bottlenecks and refining scheduling for maximum efficiency.
