Overview: Business Title: Specimen Management Lead I Position Title: Lead I: Division: Consumer Products Services: Entity: ATL: Location: Indianapolis, IN: Reports to: Manager: FLSA: Non-exempt: Hours Worked: Typically, Monday through Friday, forty-hours per week. However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and complete other projects as assigned. Position Summary: The Specimen Management Lead I is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations including work assignment, workflow, quality, and compliance. Perform bench work and provide technical guidance to staff dedicated to meeting client needs in a timely and accurate manner and providing proactive assistance by identifying and resolving issues. Additionally, the Lead will conduct regular meetings with the associates in the Specimen Management group, working with the Manager to address associate concerns and provide feedback.
