Lending Staff Assistant Supervisor Platte Valley Companies JOB SUMMARY: Supervise Staff Assistants and manage loan operations through the production of loan documents & supporting documentation. Ensure loan files are kept orderly, and monitor loan file documentation for accuracy and exceptions as well as monitoring for compliance/lending regulations. Provide reports as needed for Department Manager and Loan Officer Review. RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: a. Supervise loan operations staff to ensure all daily work, reports and tasks are completed correctly and timely. b. Ensure that loan operations are adequately staffed and that all personnel are trained. c. Set priorities and organize the administrative workload. d. Ensure loan files are kept orderly and monitor loan file documentation exceptions. e. Assist Loan Officers in support of the customers. f. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Community President, loan officers and department managers. g.
