Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and implementing system patient safety strategies and best practices locally, promoting a culture of safety and high reliability, and developing, implementing, improving, and evaluating patient safety systems. Responsible for supporting continuous safety improvement and ensuring sustained adherence to established Pulse program elements, standard work practices, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards while partnering with Infection Prevention, Quality, Experience, Advocacy, Accreditation, Clinical Quality Data, and Risk. Responsible for reviewing Pulse Power reports, performing investigations and risk assessments, and identifying and communicating patterns and trends that will facilitate improvement. Develops and implements trainings and participate in system level assignments.
