Basic Employee Responsibilities Every Q2 ALS employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Specific responsibilities include the following: - Leading by example by following established Quality, Health, and Safety policies & procedures. - Showing respect and pride for facilities and equipment. - Being responsible – on time for work and take breaks during designated times. - Carrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a supervisor or request for assistance as needed. Position Specific Responsibilities: Operating Horizontal Hones accordance with approved, safe work procedures. Honing barrels as scheduled by supervisor, ensuring conformance to specifications and technical work instructions. - Operate Horizontal Hones in accordance with approved safe work procedures, ensuring all barrels are honed to specification and per technical work instructions. - Complete work orders to maximize operational and machine efficiency using technical work instructions and metal removal rate sheets. - Manage daily hone process flow, ensuring the next job is prepared to minimize set up time and that completed jobs move to the next stage in the process. - Complete wor...
