The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in bringing product launches to life through impactful campaigns, clear messaging, and seamless cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, creative, commercially aware, and passionate about beauty marketing in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will thrive under pressure, turn ideas into action quickly, and ensure every launch feels exciting, relevant, and globally consistent. What you'll do: Campaign & Creative Development Develop creative campaign concepts to support weekly product launches across the business. Work closely with Product Development teams to gain a deep understanding of products, formulations, benefits, and consumer positioning. Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and best-in-class campaigns. Define clear and impactful product claims and messaging that simplify communication and strengthen campaign focus.
