Senior Analyst, Investor Relations and Communications Reporting to: Director, Corporate Development and Investor Relations Scope: Supports the co-ordination & execution of communication and Investor Relations activities for the company. This role works closely with the cross functional teams and maintains a broad perspective on the business and all key developments within the company, ensuring the effective communication to appropriate constituents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining a high standard of care in terms of compliance for the company. Requirements: Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000, depending on education and relevant experience - Develop and implement tactics to raise awareness of the Eupraxia story. - Plan and manage logistics for investor events, roadshows, and non-deal conferences. - Track engagement using CRM tools and generate insights. - Follow and summarize industry news and developments with peer groups. - Promote a strong, consistent corporate image and brand across all channels. - Manage the content development and execution of investor-facing materials, including the corporate presentation, website, publications, press releases...
