JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: The Manager, Program Portfolio (PPM) is responsible for managing strategic and technology project portfolios, programs, and initiatives across the bank. The role oversees enterprise-wide resource planning, project prioritization, and portfolio governance to ensure alignment with corporate and line-of-business strategies. The PPM directs and mentors a team of project managers, manages cross-portfolio dependencies and risks, and ensures execution in adherence to Enterprise Program Office (EPO) processes, standards, and tools.
