Location: 1155 W Ocotillo Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248 - Cross Streets: Ocotillo and Alma School Rd Status: Part ‑Time - Minimum Shift Requirement is 4 shifts per month Schedule: 12‑hour shifts per week, 8-hour shifts on the weekends; clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Mon - Fri and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sat - Sun; weekend shifts and occasional holidays highly preferred Compensation: $60-$80/hour (based on experience) + monthly productivity bonus Benefits: Sick Pay and 401K Position Summary: We are seeking a Part ‑Time clinician to join our team in Chandler , AZ .
