Summary: The Solution Consultant is a critical role in supporting sales and optimizing solutions as the accountable owner of the Provider Services system solutions. These solutions are designed to compete in the Medicaid market and enhance service for our clients. This role involves working with customer success teams and clients to understand Medicaid client & industry needs, leveraging standardized solutions to build solution models to meet these needs, and creating accurate and optimized costing models that align with value-based pricing and achieves business goals of the organization.
