Summary: The Senior Instructor designs, develops, implements, delivers and evaluates training programs. Ensure personnel are trained in a safe and effective manner in accordance with business needs, site procedures, industry standards, and any applicable apprenticeship program standards. Provides leadership direction and guidance to lower level instructors. Develops and implements training initiatives in support of business goals.Your will focus on Distribution Operations Center (DOC) operator training, support their daily system‑operations responsibilities, and provides ongoing education for current operators and operations staff. Minimum Requirements: Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications: Solid understanding of human performance fundamentals and experience with HP tools (Human Performance Department only).
