Description JOB TITLE : Sr. Supplier Quality Manager DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain: REPORTING TO: Senior Vice President of Supply Chain PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION: The Senior Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for leading Libra Industries’ supplier quality strategy across the full supplier lifecycle for all Libra facilities and supply chains — from identification and onboarding through performance management, improvement, and offboarding. This role ensures a high-performing, resilient supply base by driving supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance while mitigating risk across the supply chain. The Sr. Supplier Quality Manager partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to proactively develop supplier capabilities, resolve escalations, and support business growth. This leader champions a “Built to Deliver” mindset by ensuring suppliers consistently meet Libra’s expectations for quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.
