Description Role Summary: The Quality Coordinator supports the execution of Rand Technology’s quality management and operational quality assurance functions to ensure that electronic components and solutions delivered meet the company’s world-class standards of authenticity, reliability, and customer compliance. This role assists with internal audits, product verification prior to shipment, non-conformance investigations and disposition, RMA/MRB processes, and continuous improvement efforts. The Quality Coordinator works cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Customer support teams to uphold Rand’s commitment to quality across the supply chain lifecycle. Requirements: Essential Functions: · Support internal, external, and third-party audits and related activities, including preparing documentation, participating in audits, and tracking corrective actions to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9120, AS6081, and other applicable quality standards · Perform final inspection and end-of-line verification of components and products prior to shipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications and Rand’s quality criteria. · Assist in the investigation and resolution of...
