As a Lawyer in our Serious Injury Team, you will manage a varied caseload of high-value personal injury claims, typically worth in excess of £1m. These include serious orthopaedic injuries, spinal and brain injuries, amputations, and complex polytrauma cases, often arising from road traffic collisions, accidents at work, or public liability incidents. You will take ownership of your own files from instruction to resolution, leading on litigation strategy, liaising directly with clients, experts, and other stakeholders, and progressing cases toward settlement or trial.
