Department: 10114 Enterprise Corporate - Legal Department Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Associate General Counsel – Governance and Transactions Advocate Health: Remote: Overview: Advocate Health seeks an experienced and proactive attorney to join the Advocate Health Legal Department as Associate General Counsel with a focus on Governance and Transactions. This position reports directly to the VP/Managing Counsel of the Governance and Transactions Practice Group within the Legal Department. The position will provide advice and counsel to the Advocate Health enterprise related to corporate and transactional activities including, but not limited to, corporate governance matters, transactions (mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, affiliations, strategic collaborations), bond financings, tax matters, and other strategic system initiatives. The position will also advise on clinical contracts and regulatory matters.
