SEC Financial Reporting Accountant We are open to hiring at either the Senior or Lead level, depending on experience (salary band listed is for senior level) We are looking to hire someone to work in either our Columbus, Ohio or Merrillville, Indiana office with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office) The SEC Financial Reporting team manages the quarterly and annual SEC filing process, partners with various stakeholders in the preparation of timely and accurate forms, 10-Q and 10-K. The team reviews and drafts quarterly financial statements, footnote disclosures, and is involved in variance analysis. We monitor SEC and FASB updates to assess applicability for implementation of new disclosures. Essential Functions: Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions; uses effective approaches for choosing course of action or developing appropriate solutions; takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
