Per Diem LPN Department: Kresge Nursing & Rehabilitation: Employment Type: Flexible: Location: Chelsea, MI: Description: Schedule : No scheduling mandation: Shift Premiums: Beginning 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, $1:90 | Beginning 10:31 pm -7 am, $1.35 | Weekend Fri, 10:31 pm – Sun 11:00 pm, $1.00. Pay Range: $32.61 - $41.09/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026) Department: Kresge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center | Chelsea Retirement Community | Chelsea Mi What You’ll Do in This Role: At Kresge, our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents, while focusing on quality, treatment and comfort. - Work an average of three (3) shifts per calendar month. - Regular weekend coverage is expected. - Must be available to work a minimum of two (2) holidays per year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Direct Nursing Care – Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vital signs and wound care.
