Department: 34407 Carolinas Medical Center - Nursing: 11B Orthopedics Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: - 3, 12-hour night shifts per week - Holiday rotation - Weekend rotation Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 AH Carolinas Medical Center: This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position may be eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to the facility. Where You Will Work: 11B - Orthopedic Trauma provides patient care to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients on a 24-hour basis. It is a 19-bed unit with all private rooms. The most common diagnoses stem from orthopedic trauma injuries, and other traumatic injuries requiring surgical intervention. 11B also supports medical overflow when needed and based on capacity, providing care for patients requiring medical interventions, CPOX monitoring and telemetry monitoring. 11B is aligned with the Atrium Health Plan for Nursing and utilizes the Atrium Health Professional Practice Model for the delivery of patient care, the AACN synergy model for care coordination, and Jean Watson’s Theory of...
