Your mission: As Talent Partner, Defence – Nordics, you will lead recruitment for specialised engineering roles across the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Sweden. You will partner closely with technical leadership to identify and hire engineers across defence technology and advanced electronics domains, building strong pipelines within the Nordic engineering and defence ecosystem.
